Colors
At Napzzo, we strive to display the colours of our garments on www.napzzo.com as accurately as possible. However, it is important to bear in mind that colour variations may be due to the quality of the monitor, cell phone or screen, as well as the lighting of the environment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colours are 100% identical to the actual product.
Delivery time
The delivery time for items purchased through our online store is up to seven (7) business days, under normal operating conditions. This period begins from the date of approval of the transaction. The payment approval date and time determine the delivery time calculation as follows:
- If the purchase is confirmed before 3 pm from Monday to Friday, the first business day corresponds to the day of purchase, from which the delivery time is counted.
- If the purchase is confirmed after 3 pm, the delivery time is calculated from the next business day after payment confirmation.
- For purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, the delivery time is counted from the next business day after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee deadlines. No compensation will be offered for delivery delays as they are beyond our control.
Product problems
In the event that any item in your order is not available due to lack of stock or inventory, Napzzo reserves the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and proceed only with the available products. We will notify you immediately and refund your money in a timely manner. Although products may be out of stock, we strive to meet your expectations by offering suitable alternatives.
If we experience any of the above situations, Napzzo will contact you to resolve it. It is crucial that you provide accurate contact information as this will be our way of contacting you. If we are unable to contact you after several attempts, we will use the data provided to offer you a solution, which you can accept or reject. If we do not receive a response, we will consider that you accept our proposal.
Changes
We offer the option of exchanging the item you purchased for another one. You have up to 15 days after the billing date to make the exchange. You can do so through our online store, but keep in mind that only size or color exchanges are accepted.
Please make sure to check the availability of the desired product in our online store. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal value to the one initially purchased.

You must send the product to the Napzzo offices. (Cra 52c 41a 47 sur, Bogotá, Colombia). This package must be addressed to INVERSIONES ARMO. Return the product in its original condition, unused and in its initial packaging. Make sure to include all accessories and that the labels are intact.
Please consider the following:
- Exchanges are accepted within the period specified in the terms and conditions of each product (15 days after purchase).
- If the product selected for exchange has a higher value, you will have to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, you will receive an exchange certificate to use on future purchases.
- Shipping costs are not included in the value of the product and are not added to the amount available for exchange.
Guarantee
If the product you have purchased has a quality, suitability or safety defect within the warranty period, you have the right to make a claim. The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product and has a maximum duration of 30 days. However, this period may vary depending on the product; for more details, please refer to the specifications on the product packaging or label.
When making a claim, make sure the garment is clean and use tape to indicate the location of the defect, avoiding altering the product in any way that may invalidate the warranty claim.
To request a product warranty, you can send it to our offices by following these steps:

- Full name.
- Identity document number.
- Contact telephone number.
- Purchase order number (found on the invoice and in the order confirmation email).
- Reference of the product you wish to send.
- Reason why you are requesting a product warranty.
- Attach a photograph of the defect.
Once we receive your email or message, we will contact you to coordinate the shipment of the product. Once we receive the product at our offices, we will provide you with a response regarding the approval or denial of the warranty within a maximum period of 15 business days.
Law of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal in Colombia allows consumers to withdraw from the purchase of a good or service and receive a refund of the money paid within a period of 30 calendar days. The consumer has five business days to exercise the right of withdrawal, counted from the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the contract in the case of the provision of services. The provider must return the money to the consumer without making discounts or withholdings.
Return the product unused.
- You must return the product in its original packaging.
- All accessories associated with the product must be included in the package.
- Labels and tags must be intact.
The refund will be made when you exercise your right to withdrawal, as long as there is proof that we received your product and it meets the conditions previously defined in the withdrawal chapter.
Please note:
- The shipping cost of the product is not refundable.
- The refund will be made through a deposit to the account you have provided us.
Items on sale cannot be exchanged.
